The pads work on concrete, stone, tile, wood, swimming pool surfaces, metals, even glass. Currently we offer 3" to 7" in diameters with grit 60#, 120#, 240#, 400#. Use regular wet diamond polishing pads to finish polishing.

Here are some essential steps to follow when using electroplated polishing pads:

Prepare the Surface: Before starting the polishing process, ensure that the surface is clean and free from any dirt or debris. This will help prevent scratching and ensure a more effective polishing.

Choose the Right Pad: Select the appropriate grit for your specific polishing needs. Electroplated polishing pads come in various grit options, ranging from coarse to fine. The lower grit pads, such as 50, 100, and 200, are more aggressive and suitable for initial grinding or removing deeper scratches. As you progress to higher grits, such as 400, the pads become less aggressive and are used for fine polishing.
