Flexible electroplated diamond flap discs are mainly used on a regular angle grinder or polishing machine for surface shaping and grinding or edge chamfering and beveling of a wide range of stone and construction materials including granite, marble, silestone, dekton, concrete, terrazzo, tile, etc.

Diamond flap disc is a flap wheel with several diamond flaps overlapped sequenced along the rim of the base. The diamond flap discsis a small piece of electroplated flexible diamond sheet which has the advantages of flexible, aggressive and durable as well as excellent swarf removal and heat dissipation. Those features make electroplated diamond flap discs having fast cutting speed and high stock removal rate, providing smooth and even grinding as well as nice and clean finish.
